You simply come up here to the plus sign to follow them. Here's how you add people so they show up in the game on your friends list and on the launcher.
Also, let me just quickly click on a random person. On users, you can look people up by their username. It's going to ask you to create an account. You might have to create an account if you don't have one already. So you just have your games list back up and now we no longer really need Steam, so you just kind of minimize that now. And once you have that installed, and it's the English version, you can just come back up here and unclick tools if you don't want to see that anymore.
As you can see, I already have it installed, so that's all fine and dandy there. And then you're going to want to install it. Make absolutely sure it's set to English.
